I started my career in 1986 when my wife and myself moved to Florida from Michigan. I went to work for a small company in Orlando. Over the years I worked my way up through the ranks, until eventually I became the branch manager in St. Petersburg. 

I left that company in 2000 and went to work for a nationwide company managing their Tampa suppression division. I later transferred to a corporate training position, traveling the country teaching technicians how to properly perform service.

In my last position with them I was in a business development position.
